We are all absolutely delighted with City Insulation and the work they have just completed at my brother's house in Liverpool. Sadly my brother is living with alzheimers now and he does have some noisy outbursts now and again, which is natural for this horrible illness. He is being cared for 24/7 in a normal semi-detached house in Liverpool however his neighbours are not normal and keep complaining and putting in complaints to the police / council etc. I found Adam/City Insulation on the internet and he was so understanding and came up with exactly the right solution. All the carers in the house are delighted and its made their job easier as they no longer worry about the next door neighbours who have got to find something else to complain about now! A big thanks to Adam and his team and if you have any noise issues etc you now know who to contact! (Ps very clean, very quick job, great value for money)

Best experience I've had with any tradesman to be honest. We needed to improve soundproofing in commercial meeting rooms/studios and he laid out the different options very clearly so we could make the best decision from a range of budgets. I recently had City Insulation install soundproofing on two alcoves and a chimney breast in my living room. From the outset I was expertly guided by Rachel who was very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. The fitting team were punctual, friendly and did a superb job and cleaned up afterwards. The noise has been drastically reduced. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing company. I live in an 1890’s house which was converted into two flats in the early 90’s. When I purchased the ground floor flat in 2018 the ceilings had already been considerably dropped in an attempt to reduce noise but in reality, did nothing to prevent the noise coming from upstairs and made the rooms feel quite claustrophobic. Having lived in the property for 4 years the situation was really getting me down and I was seriously contemplating trying to sell but came across City Insulation on Instagram so decided to at least try to solve the problem. Initially approached Adam and Rachel by email and after the first conversation with Adam by telephone, decided to go ahead with what he proposed for the main problem areas, the two front rooms and hall.Having lived with the new soundproofed ceilings for 2 months I can honestly say I no longer hear much from upstairs other than the loudest of noises and have regained so much ceiling height which makes the rooms feel bigger and brighter.Adam and the entire team are so friendly and approachable, they tidied up at the end of each day, were always on time and incredibly hard working; staying late to get the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone having similar issues and will hopefully be having them back soon to do the same for the remaining rooms.

We contacted Adam at City Insulation at he organised acoustic panelling for our contact centre. The install team were excellent and worked around our team on the day. The panels have made a big difference in the acoustics of the space and have really helped the team through peak time. Recommended.

We contacted Adam Turner of City Insulation and spoke to him about needing sound-proofing along the wall of our living and dining rooms which adjoin the property next door. He talked in a very knowledgeable and professional manner and seemed to be a very genuine person.When he came to our home to talk to us he explained everything in great detail. He brought samples of sound-proofing materials with him and took detailed measurements of the walls.We were very impressed and decided to let him go ahead with the work.Adam's three man team came and worked for three days.The whole job was carried out in a very professional way and at the end of each day everything was left clean and tidy. They were a great team of workmen. They were friendly and personable, and nothing was too much trouble for them.We used the plasterer that Adam recommended and he did an excellent job.We are really pleased with the finished project and we're very happy with how effective the sound-proofing measures have proven to be.We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending City Insulation who in our experience provide a professional and very effective sound Insulation job.

We run a commercial boarding kennels and needed sound absorption fitting to the kennels. Adam was very friendly and professional. We were a bit of a nuisance of a client as there was 2 years between us having the job priced up and completed due to us not City Insulation. Adam came back to revisit the job even though we are quite a distance away, he adjusted the plan to suit our needs more and the job was started and completed exactly when he said it would be. It was not the easiest of jobs for them as they had to work around our business that was still open but it went very smoothly.I would highly recommend this company.Thank you

Can't say enough great things about Adam and Rachel at City Insulation. They are extremely helpful and wonderful to work with. We needed special, custom secondary glazing (acoustic) installed on three windows. The quality of their work and materials were far superior, as well as less expensive, than other quotes we had received. I would highly recommend City Insulation to anyone needing soundproofing or secondary glazing for their home or business. They are polite, on time, communicative, responsible and all around professional. We will be using them again in the future!

I recently used City Insulation to install soundproofing solutions to a bedroom party wall and floor. I thoroughly recommend them. We could hear everything from the neighbours - talking, coughing, music, and TV, which led to a lot of unease and, most importantly, a lack of sleep.I have considered soundproofing before, but didnt know where to start. From my initial enquiry, I was contacted directly by Rachel, who is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through everything in detail. A few phone calls later with Rachel and Adam (and a lot of questions from me) led to there being no doubt in my mind that they were the best company for the job. The work was booked in a timely manner and I was kept informed in the lead up. Work on the day was completed by Nick and his team, who worked tirelessly to complete everything. Due to noisy neighbours I’d been interested in sound proofing for a while but wasn’t sure what the best option was. Ive had two secondary glazed window units installed in my bedroom 2/2/2023City insulation arrived on time.Adam the fitter and co owner installed the secondary windows with 6.8milli acoustic sound proof glass.Adam was very professional and once the installation was complete everywhere was left neat clean and tidy.I would not hesitate to recommend City Insulation .
