Nick and the guys from City Insulation installed some soundproofing to my party wall in my bedroom. The results are amazing ! The sound has gone from hearing neighbours conversations to hearing nothing !! It really has eradicated the sound problem. Great Work by an excellent company ! Rachel who deals with the admin side was excellent and very patient. Thank you

Professional service from start to finish from Adam and his team who installed soundproofing on three party walls plus insulation and a tecsound layer on our spare bedroom floor. Nothing was too much trouble - even when we decided to add an extra wall after the first job was completed. The results are great and we now have a quieter home.

Nick and co did an amazing soundproofing job for us earlier this month. Our party wall was very thin and we could always hear the noise from next door. Now that we have soundproofing we cant hear a thing! We feel that we have our privacy and home back.Polite, friendly, punctual staff. Also used their plaster who did a great job too..Cant reccomend CIty Insulation enough. Have already reccomended them to a relative.

Adam and his team installed secondary glazing for three old and draughty windows in our flat. The whole process, from initial communication with Rachel, to measuring up and installation, was friendly and efficient and we were very pleased with the service we received. The noise from cars below has been drastically reduced, and the draughts have disappeared, leaving us with a warmer and more peaceful flat.

We wanted work on our lounge wall because of noise transference from next door for a long time, we found City Insulation. Straight away they were v helpful and told us what to do to identify the main route for the sound. We then got a detailed quote and decided to go for it! The work was completed in one day by a friendly, professional, tidy team who talked us through exactly what they were going to do and we are so pleased with the results. We've gone from being able to hear exactly what our neighbours were watching on tv, their conversations and music to being able to enjoy our home in peace. We were genuinely thinking about moving before this work and now we're so glad that we can stay put. Thanks to Rachel, Nick and Adam for all of your help 🙂

I can’t recommend City Insulation highly enough. We had a problem with a noisy neighbour in our terrace house, which was made worse when they converted their attic. From the first time we spoke to Adam and his team, we could tell they really cared and would do all they could to solve our problem. From first emails with Rachel, to a video call with Adam to discuss our requirements, to Nick and his team installing the soundproofing, the process was really professional and put us at ease that the team really knew what they were doing. We required soundproofing for two rooms, including a chimney breast, and the team were great at presenting different options and trying to accomodate our budget whilst getting us the best result. The instillation itself took place over two days and the team were a pleasure to have in the house - a v professional and tidy job. We're really happy with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending City Insulation!

I cannot recommend Adam & his team at City Insulation enough. I had new neighbours in October 2019 who could be extremely noisy on occasion and sometimes I would dread coming home. My neighbours can't just talk, they shout and can have arguments at 11pm at night and can have their TV on loudly. After contacting Adam I decided to proceed with what I can only describe as the ultimate noise stopper (two mass upgrades on top of Level 1 independent) It's worked, noise reduced by 95%! This has improved my home life and I can now sit in my lounge happily watching TV. The team were friendly, clean and efficient I'm really happy I proceeded with City Insulation.

Adam & his team have done an excellent job soundproofing an additional music studio in our complex in Central London. Despite City Insulation being based in the North West, and even during the pandemic, the process was made all the easier due to excellent lines of communication, a common sense and courtesy approach and a reliability that is often all too lacking when dealing with trades of all kinds.They not only managed the strip out and refit of our soundproofing materials and stud walls / ceilings, Adam also managed the installation of the air filtration system. It was great dealing with Adam and team throughout. We booked before lockdown so there was an obvious delay but as soon as they could they came in and did the job. Very happy with the whole process and of course the end result. I am sure the neighbours have pumped up the volume knowing we'd had it done but still a lot more peaceful!! Can’t recommend City Insulation enough. Really professional and friendly team who spent a week soundproofing a ceiling for our new business venture. The job ended up being more complicated than originally thought but the team worked until close to midnight on the final night to get everything done in time, so that the rest of the building schedule could continue as planned. I used City Insulation to soundproof a small bedroom located on a ground floor which was suffering from being located under the living space of the flat above. What was only a "small job" had it's complications due to high ceilings and an irregular room shape but Adam didn't complain and spent considerably longer than expected to do the job. Finally packing away at 21:00 in the evening (and leaving the flat really clean). I couldn't fault any element of the work or service and the guys were both friendly, trustworthy and great at communicating progress along with Bibi keeping everything organised in the background. I wouldnt have any issues giving the guys the strongest reccomendation and they fully deserve the great reviews they have.

We called City insulation as we had an issue with noise coming through the party wall. Adam came round and after seeing what issues we had recommended different options that would help and then provided us several quotes for the different options. On choosing the option that suited is best. Adam and his team came round and cracked on with the work. Overall they were very effiecent and got the work done earlier than original thought, the work they did produced alot of dust but they put down dust sheets and covered our furniture and cleaned up after themselves when they had finished. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone i have dealt with in this company has been brilliant.

Fantastic service from start to finish with City Insulation. Bibi was efficient, informative and friendly with all the initial phone calls and questions as well as throughout and made the process very easy to understand. Adam was down to earth and professional from the first visit and clearly explained all the options available. From the work being booked in every step was as they had said and they actually finished sooner than planned. It’s a dusty job but was cleaned up really well on the last day with little for me left to do. The acoustics in the house already feel so much better and I haven’t heard the neighbours through any of the walls completed as yet so it’s so far so good. Looking forward to being in the room properly when it’s all decorated and having a peaceful home. Thank you and I would highly recommend City Insulation.

Adam from City Insulation was put forward by the supplier to do an install of the Fade Acoustic Ceiling at my home in Nuneaton Warks . A few things that were totally out of Adams control did not go to plan which meant delays for me and more work and cost for them. Despite the above, Adams tenacity got the job completed and we now have an acoustically sound space that we are happy with. I can wholeheartedly recommend their services.

City insulations helped us to block the noise coming from party walls in both bedrooms. It has made amazing improvement to the bedrooms. Guys’ skills and efficiency is beyond any comparison. Rooms were completed in one full day of work in over 10 hours of work. Just had a party wall soundproofed by City Insulation. After researching on the web I was worried that I would spend money getting a soundproofing system in place and have no discernible reduction in noise coming through from my neighbour.
